Is this about working time?

There is no such thing with all companies, you have to see if your employer offers it and whether it is more ingenious for you.

You will collect your overtime for years, if necessary. Pramien, not taken vacation days, supplements etc. (other than during gliding time, you have to compensate for overtime in the next month by leisure). These “values” then add up and you can make a sabbatical at some point, maintain your relatives or retire earlier. The employer determines the exact conditions.

You can take it or not.

There you can save a certain number of hours of work and then take longer off.
