Which string end on a concert guitar should I use for the bridge or headstock?

I'm currently changing the strings on my classical guitar and have already watched several tutorials. What I haven't found is which end of the string should go where: either the headstock or the bridge. The strings I ordered have one end that's a bit thinner and more flexible by a few centimeters.

I’ve learned about 12 to 15 piano. And a little started with guitar. But then I didn’t make any more fun.
When I was 17 I started playing drums and bands and I still do that today at 62. For 25 years now I have been the main singer of the band in parallel with the drums.
Just for me, I started with electric guitar again before Corona, but that’s just for fun. I’m and stay drummers.

I played a song by Reinhard Mey at the time and found it as good as I wanted to learn guitar. I taught myself.
With classic beginners songs like Streets of London, House of the Rinsing Sun and Blowing in the Wind.
At some point Blues Harmonica was added.
I started to learn piano and play it for 10 years 😊 At a friend of our parents I could even play on a harpsichord for some time.
I started playing piano at 11 years.
I actually wanted to learn guitar, but unfortunately we don’t have money for instrumental teaching, which is why this has not happened.
And now I will learn from September either cello or flute.
