What if I don't want to return to Germany?

I'm traveling to Canada soon for work and am already considering not returning to Germany. What happens if I (42 years old) simply don't get on a plane to return to Germany? I own property here in Germany, am married, have a job, a family, and adult children. I would simply stay in Canada without prior agreement.

Once they catch you in Canada without a valid visa, they will arrest you first and then move back to Germany.

Take your stay in Canada for the first time to get to know the country. If you like it, try a job and a work visa in Canada from Germany. If you've got a foothold there, you'll get your family and sell everything here in Germany.

Then you will be shown sooner or later, as you no longer have a valid visa.

Apart from that, your problems seem to be much deeper if you just leave your family behind.

You may not have a permanent establishment and work permit, so you must leave the country again. Immigration regulations in Canada are relatively strict.

Illegal stay and first of all to start debts against your current company are great foundations.
