My veterinarian generally wants to use only towels in the transport box. For a simple reason: pet litter, hay and straw fall out and then lie in the waiting room. What can be harmful to other animals especially in sick rabbits and is also simply more effort to clean up. In addition, the veterinarian otherwise distributes the litter on the behnadlung table when the rabbit is removed.
But also for practical reasons, towels are simpler, especially for castration etc.
I’d hang a towel in the stable in the evening (so they can’t pee, but get to know it). Tomorrow then take this towel π

He was with the veterinarian today and told that our second rabbit has rabbit snippets (was and is in treatment with the same veterinarian) but he first goes out of a conjunctivitis because only the conjunctive was slightly killed. He gave eye drops once. I’ve already given my rabbit eye drops twice. So I’m supposed to give a drop every day in every eye for over six days. If it’s not gone, it’s treated like rabbits.

As As Asyra13 already said, you better take the towel.
Take something to eat for the rabbit. You never know how long a veterinarian visit lasts.
You can fill hay in a sock and cut small holes – so the hay does not fall out directly.
