What gear ratio on a tuned 50cc bike?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask your opinion on which gear ratio I should put on a tuned 50cc engine (sports exhaust, tuning air filter, racing clutch, racing spark plug). My Beta still has the original gear ratio. What would you recommend?

Then I would take a pinion with 2-3 teeth more
