I was only able to assemble it yesterday because I liked something else

First of all, the chips are sitting on the motherboard board. And because these chips are smoked, you can do that motherboard dispose of the electronic scrap, there is unfortunately nothing to do! Apparently, you got something wrong somewhere. Unfortunately, the photo does not produce much in this respect.
So you have to buy a new motherboard. I also recommend that you leave assembly to an experienced person this time, because the danger that you make the same mistake with the new board does not seem to be too small – you write yourself in your comments that you do not know what you might have done wrong.
I have such cases as yours quite often in my (next) practice as a PC technician. The customer estimates his own skills incorrectly – and already such breakdowns happen during assembly or upgrading. Good for me and my colleagues: for we earn a little something. Bad for you and your sufferers, because you have to pay more than originally estimated.
BTW: You should keep an eye on the auto-correction of your internet-capable device, because you also know that it should be “missed” and not “dropped”.

These are not PCBs but chips. If they’re burned, you can throw away the motherboard and buy a new one.
