What exactly is osteoarthritis?

I have osteoarthritis in my toe joint. But what exactly is it? I have a raised area that swells and hurts when I put a lot of strain on it for a long time. What will be done during surgery? What is this raised area? Is it the cartilage in the bone that develops due to friction? It will be removed during surgery. But I'll still have the friction problem afterwards, right? It will come back, won't it? What's more, I can't remember how I got this problem in the first place. I didn't have any injuries to my foot or anything else.

Arthrosis is when a joint is inflamed and the cartilage is already worn and the bones rub on each other.

Check this out with a doctor.

Arthrosis is a disease that occurs mainly in elderly people. It primarily affects the joints, with the cartilage being worn out over time. This can cause the bones to rub against each other directly. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to cure arthritis completely.

LG and good improvement, whether the really arthrosis is I can't say explain this to a doctor.

Go to the doctor.

Arthrosis is joint wear. The cartilage makes use of that is very painful.

Take care of your diet that can also cause something:

– little to no meat

– cook many vegetable dishes

– Instead of unhealthy snacks, prefer to resort to fruit and vegetables

– use spelt flour to bake

– coriander, cumin, turmeric, these spices are very good at osteoarthritis

– Instead of eating unhealthy snacks, prefer to use fruit or vegetables

Here you can check which foods are good for arthritis and which one should avoid:

There is a book how to cure arthritis (!) No surgery. That's what I'll link:

Look here, my article on thalia.de https://www.thalia.de/shop/home/artikeldaten/A1069249856?buchhandlungId=5557&ProvID=11007871&gStoreCode=5557&gQT=1

I know it doesn't necessarily answer your questions, but I still hope that I could help you at least one tiny little bit.
