What does your breakfast look like?
How do you feel afterward? Do you feel energized or do you feel sluggish and tired?
What is the relationship between getting up and (when) eating?
1 coffee.
I eat once in the evening.
So my insulin level remains constant low and I have full strength and willpower throughout the day
A cup of coffee and then an apple.
1-2 coffee and I’m topfit.
5 raw eggs and then on
Breakfast must be, otherwise I get dizziness.
I’m definitely on the hearty side. No matter what, sometimes leftovers from lunch from the day before, main thing nothing sweet. Water is enough. From time to time a cocoa (the backkao with a hint of sugar)
After that, I am fully operational and strengthened. I’m up every day at 5:00. My breakfast is between 7 and 9

Natural yoghurt with two apples and a glass of cherry-red grape juice. About four hours after getting up because I have very little hunger (I take Ozenpic ). 🍎🍎🍒🍇
I can’t eat in the morning. My breakfast is a cup of protein milk with creatine and tablets, otherwise in the normal case nothing.
Coffee. I have breakfast but super rare and if only a banana or something

I have to eat something before work. We have a break at 9:00, but if I don’t eat in the morning, I’m hungry at 7:00, especially since I’m often hungry when I wake up.
Under the week there are muesli/nugat bits and a cup of peppermint tea to wake up.
On weekends or On Sundays there are mostly fresh delicious rolls from the baker.
Currently rice flakes with mandible milk, whikey and fruit : )
Since I banished milk and wheat from my diet, my digestion is so good.
