We can wear in training what we want and wear only normal sports.

We only wear the gymnastics for competitions and tournaments.

Actually, the turnsuits should be worn without underwear, but nobody really controls it. If you see undelaundering, there can be in competitions but dots.

Slip or string could be worn under almost any turnsuit, but bra just went up to the C-Jugend, from B-Jugend the back is so deep that you have to pull the bra in any case.

You don’t care if you’re wearing something under it or not.

None, in tournaments and competitions, visible underwear would even give point deduction, but also in training it is not desired and would give ruffles.

With tampons or soft tampons, it’s not a problem either. Find softtampons better but are unfortunately more expensive.

Either normal underwear or special underwear/underwear for dance sports. They are in different skin tones so that a small flasher does not notice in competition.

Tampons and period underwear are definitely going. I turn with a cup and it works with me without problems and without accidents.

For “days” there are tampons. The turnsuit is intended to be worn directly on the skin – thus without underpants. The turnsuit is also allowed in the washing machine.

You can wear period underwear. With a tampon, or bandage, you are safe and can exercise your sport.

Bon Prix.

SECTION 3

The laundry is available in all colors. Also in Nude, that nothing is shimmering.

Good for you.
