Period on vacation – help?

I'm going on a weekend trip to Italy soon, and unfortunately, my period is due that very weekend. My period is always very unpleasant and associated with severe pain. I'll have to take 600 IBU (maybe only half that), but I'll still be in pain and generally feel unwell, especially since it'll be very warm….
In my opinion, she did not mention anything that was really special. She was able to express herself. The fact that at the end it has drifted into the deepest hurdle confirms only more. Too bad, she had some good talks, but not at the end.
She talked about things that many have not thought of. She recognized some problems early. I like the woman. You could listen well, she was sympathetic, had humor and you could learn something about her.
Unfortunately, she died too early:(
