If you can't spare any more money, the set is fine for the price. However, I'm concerned that the mouse might get uncomfortably warm.

A mouse pad, mouse, and keyboard for that kind of money? I can imagine that a lot of quality was sacrificed. I'm not the type to invest a lot of money in things like that; life is generally too expensive for that. But there should still be a certain level of quality.
If you can get a normal keyboard and mouse from a friend at a reasonable price or maybe even for free, I would personally go for that and at least save a few euros for the keyboard and mouse.
As I said, it doesn't have to be the most expensive, but it doesn't have to be the cheapest either.
For example, I use a Logitech G502 Hero and my keyboard is a Sharkoon Skiller SGK30. It's perfectly adequate for me, and I haven't noticed any issues so far.

Exactly, that's the keyboard, but bundled with a mouse. I can't say anything about the mouse, though; I haven't had one yet, and I bought my keyboard without a mouse, since, as I said, I have the Logitech.

Beides wird nach einer Woche nicht mehr richtig funktionieren und/oder auseinanderfallen. Wenn du eine Tastatur und Maus haben möchtest die was taugen, dann sei auch bereit mehr Geld dafür auszugeben. Es war falsch von dir dein Geld schon für den PC rauszuhauen, wenn noch nicht das Setup steht. Ich würde dir als Marke Roccat oder Razer empfehlen, weil die recht billige, dafür aber langlebige und gut funktionierende Technik anbieten. Falls du dir davon nichts leisten kannst, warte einfach bis zu deinem nächsten Geburtstag oder zum nächsten Feiertag und wünsch dir was von deinen Eltern oder Verwandten.

So als Einsteigerset.
Also ich komme mit solchen Sachen gut zurecht.
Und später kann man immer noch eine Gaming-Tastatur kaufen.
Die kosten dann das 10fache und mehr, und gehen schneller kaputt.
Da ist es dann gut eine solche Zweittastatur zu haben.
Mit der Maus ist es ähnlich.
Aber die reicht vollkommen aus.
Und so ein Mousepad ist doch stylisch!

Ist halt der Go to wenn man keinerlei Ansprüche an Qualität hat und hauptsache RGB haben möchte. Als Übergang kann man das schon mal nehmen wobei ich persönlich dann auf das RGB verzichten würde damit das Budget mehr in Qualität fliesen kann.
Kennst du gute Tastaturen? Ich finde RGB braucht man nicht jetzt unbedingt.
For a transition, I'd probably go for something like the Logitech K120. It's far from gaming, but relatively well-built for the money. The full-size G213 without mechanical switches would be quite cost-effective. As a mechanical keyboard (without a numeric keypad), the K835 would theoretically be a good fit. Both are around €40-45. Once you get to a budget of around €70-80, there are already quite good mechanical keyboards from several manufacturers, albeit not the latest models.
It's enough for a budget setup, but don't expect the best quality and feel.
Personally, I would always buy the mouse separately because you don't know if it's too small.

Die Maus ist mir ein wenig zu aufwändig und zu bunt. Ich hab ne ähnliche Tastatur von Corsair, allerdings mit 6 zusätzlichen, frei belegbaren Sondertasten und abnehmbarer Handballenauflage.
