What do you think about Saudi Arabia planning the line?

I'm wondering why the walls are built with mirrors. Is that nicer, or does it have some kind of effect? ​​Wouldn't it be even warmer because of the mirrors? They would reflect the floor, and then it would be warmer than before. And why is the line built? Does it make sense?

reflective walls reflect the warmth. It is even more effective in terms of cooling when the facades of the buildings reflect.

Just wondering where the heat is reflected 🙂
