What do you think about my speech?

Good evening everyone.

I'm writing a German exam tomorrow using Redescript, and I'd like your opinion on my text, if anyone knows German. To be honest, I haven't practiced it much because I have other classes, but I just wrote one as an exercise. I'm just missing the ending, but that's not difficult.

Dear students,

Imagine you arrive at school one day, holding your cell phone in your hand as usual, and suddenly you get a shock: the teacher is collecting your smartphones. This moment has surely caused cardiac arrest for one or two people. Now comes the question everyone is asking: Why? The teacher announces a government ban on smartphones in all schools in Germany. You're probably thinking that's like a stab in the heart, but have you ever wondered what positive things a ban on smartphones in schools could do? You don't just have to look at the dark shadows in the picture, but also the colors and lights. We can all agree on one thing: a ban on smartphones prevents distractions and increases interest in the lesson.

As already mentioned, a ban on doing something leads to better concentration and fewer distractions. Now the announcement is sure to come: "But I'm always concentrating and I ONLY use my phone to check the time." It might sound strange to you, but even a quick glance to supposedly read the "time" can distract us. How? Well, through WhatsApp messages that suddenly appear or through games that are just accidentally clicked. Whether intentional or accidental, it's distracting. Just looking at the phone, our brain is obsessed with knowing who wrote or sent what.

Secondly, your grades will improve. I don't know about you, but my grades and my future are extremely important to me, and if I have to give up my phone for that, then it's no problem. You have to imagine it like this: a useless smartphone can not only affect your concentration, but also your grades and waste unnecessary time. Everything is connected like threads. If you're distracted from your work because your mind is on, "What did Kylie Jenner post on Instagram yesterday?", then you won't be able to follow along in class and you won't pay attention. This, in turn, leads to bad grades and later to a low-paying job. Remember one thing: fire never starts without wood. And so will your future.

We all have friends and we enjoy talking or chatting with. But have you ever noticed that even communication with your friends at school is getting worse? Well, I've definitely noticed it. In the past, when cell phones and smartphones didn't play a big role, all the students talked and played games together. Now look at your current social media and friend groups: Everyone may be sitting together, but everyone's in a different universe, because everyone has a cell phone in front of them and is clicking on videos like crazy. The only thing missing is asking each other: "Who are you again?" I know it sounds exaggerated, but I could imagine that at some point we'll even forget our friends' names. But a ban gives you the chance to talk to friends "normally," and communication improves that way.

As I said, the ending is missing. Thanks in advance 🙂

Too little and wrong in some places. Commas are usually set correctly, but your question mark is the conclusion, means that there is no point behind

I'm sure it's time. Try to use words like “yes” in the future. You don't do that in captions. Otherwise not bad.

I am not quite sure, but in my opinion, in the phrase: “I don't know how it is with you, but my notes and my future are extremely important to me and if I have to do without my phone, that's not a problem.” Before the “and” there is a comma, because the sentence is with the “and” inserted ancillary. But if I'm right there, it's mucking at a high level. You shouldn't think so much about your drawing, it's good. However, in the future, you should work on your expression and localization.

I've only read the first paragraph now, because it's really exhausting with the bumpy German.

Imagine one day you come to school and hold as always your phone in hand, and suddenly comes the shock: smartphones get collected through teachers . This moment certainly has one or the other caused a cardiac arrest . Now comes the question that everyone asks: Why? The teacher or teacher announces a ban on smartphones by the government at all schools in Germany. It feels like a sting in the heart you think now, but you have certainly never asked what a ban on smartphones in schools could have any positive effect ? It is not only necessary to look at the dark shadows in the picture, but also the colors and lights. With one we are sure to agree : a ban on smartphones prevents distraction and increases the Interest in class.

etc. only flew over, there is certainly even more worse sentence building in there.

Hunt this again by chatgpt.
