Among the sausage slices, I either taste butter (no margarine!) – most preferably Kerrygold or Weihenstephan, but I have no problem with using the no-name butter – or herbal fresh cheese. I’m the one that’s most slimming down the salami. I always take Bresso’s herbal fresh cheese.

If you want to taste: butter! I also tried margarine varieties and say the same as Vegan Frikadellen. In war, it would go.

No sayings about cholesterol. It’s not true, there’s nothing going up! In 2010 I had a big check with the doctor and the level was where he belonged completely in the standard!

So no reason to eat butter!!
