What do you need to install a 70cc engine (scooter)?

The cylinder including cylinder head, new piston and piston pin and piston rings and a larger carburetor including intake manifold and air filter, a different exhaust because of the performance and a set of jets to test which is the best. The right tools and a bit of craftsmanship and luck so you don't get caught otherwise it will be very expensive.
