What do I need to travel/check in?

My colleagues and I wanted to go to Italy. So far, everything's fine, except two of us are 17 and one is 18. We wanted to rent an apartment through booking.com, but it says the minimum age for check-in is 18. Now the question is, do I need my parents' permission for that, or is it okay since I'm bringing an adult with me?

Above all, you need the permission of the landlord. He can tell you what else he needs when he rents to you.
