I think that is a pressure. Because of the photos I can’t really judge it, but the surface looks very smooth and as it is the copy of an original, it could be at most a night-painted motif, which would not be worthless. But oil paintings are often only in museums behind a glass frame.Or it is not behind glass, I cannot see that, but it reflects.

Probably a thick coating over a print?

If you see the back, that’s the picture carrier, it might be easier to say. Then I guess it should get out of the frame.

The picture is Hanna (Prophetin) painted in the original by Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, known as Rembrandt. It hangs in Amsterdam at the Rijksmuseum. What some of the answerers have already said. At Rembrandt there were students who also copied pictures of the painter. The question is the picture Oel on canvas, is the frame wedged, the wooden frame might have worm stitch, how does the canvas look from behind, is there crabs (Craquelé)? If the questions were raised, I’d get an expert. Could have a little value.

The original hangs in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, room 2.8.

Whether your image has been repainted, or rather reprinted, I can’t find out with the pictures. Sorry, but even if it has been painted, it has only toad value and it has become very hard for such something to find a prospective.

Man see Normally, whether it has been painted with paint and brush on a canvas, or whether it is a print, a flat copy.

Because of the circumstances, I tap a pressure that is not so much worth.

1. The picture is called a woman reading in the Bible. It is 1631, 60 x 48 cm, and hangs in the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. Many assume that it should be Hanna.

Two. Yours is nothing special. Trödel.

This is Pressure, has no particular value; the original hangs at the Rijksmuseum Museum, Amsterdam.

I never heard that Normal possess ancient paintings from a museum.

To buy gold, it doesn’t have to go, they really only buy gold.

Nothing. Either it’s real and stolen. Or it’s a reprint.

In both cases, it’s worth nothing.

So what? It doesn’t change the answer.

There’s nothing wrong with the question. But you don’t want to hear the answer…

from a museum

I’d be smart to see if it’s so legal!

Or whether it’s not a pressure.

The picture still hangs in the original in Amsterdam.
