There are many. You’re not the only applicant, you’re one of 20, 30 or more. Then others have a little more experience, better testimonies or something, then you cannot decide otherwise.

I am also concerned about the subject. I keep dancing somewhere for free and don’t find the mistake.

Why do you want to work here if your employer is Haram?

If you’d let me see this in my conversation, you were out now.

This must not be a matter of work.

Such complications no one voluntarily gets into the house.

If someone doesn’t want to give me the hand and calls for religious reasons, there are at least minus points.

If it is common in the company to give each other the hand (it has become more unusual with us because of Corona), you immediately stand there as an outsider.

This is not a reason to reject you, but if there are other candidates who are just as good, it can become critical.

That’s what I meant.

He’ll never tell you. But there are certainly many, for example:

  1. homophobia
  2. Bright voice
  3. Overweight
  4. Wrong clothes
  5. Assigned to extremist directions (short hair, long beard, Irokesenhaarschnitt etc.). Are, of course, prejudices.
  6. Inappropriateness
  7. No slips, no fly
  8. Polyester shirt instead of cotton shirt
  9. Wrong shoes, false color of shoes
  10. Bored view

The most common reason:
Another candidate was better.

Hey,

I would say:

  • rudeness
  • Infinity
  • no good expressiveness
  • for the profession not the right appearance

You had written in a comment that you did not want to give him the hand for religious reasons. Whether he refuses you because of this, I think you have a lot of personal contact with customers. If you have a job where you only need to welcome customers and talk to them personally, it can be hard

You shouldn’t wear a burka, then the odds are zero.

Maybe someone else seemed better. Or the employer had a different impression of a job interview than yourself.

We do not have the necessary qualifications.

You don’t fit into the team.

Someone else fits better.

You’re too expensive.

You have too little professional experience.

You are unhappy with the plenary.

Because most staffers themselves have no human knowledge and usually only hire the one who can present himself more ill-likely narcissistic. Or it’s just looking at the notes instead of personality…

Why? Because most companies want strong narcissists for the image.

Apparently, most of the worst narcissists are on the chef’s chair.

You chose another candidate, has nothing to do with the person.

There are so many applicants…

The reason is usually quite banal because there was only one place, and another one was better suited.

Simple:

Another candidate was better than you.
