What contracts can you make?
Hi, I'm currently in training and I wanted to ask you what the contract situation is after my training. I wanted to ask my boss if he'd like to take me on, but I don't think he's planning to stay at the company much longer. Are there, let's say, permanent contracts that I can terminate and where I just have to finish the month and then leave? Is that possible in every company? Can someone please explain this to me?

I suppose you mean notice periods? Any contract, even indefinite, can be cancelled again. In the trial period usually within 2 weeks, after which, depending on the contract after 4 weeks up to 3 months. You have to ask that before.
