Then practically only water is left to drink because everything else has either small amounts of fat or carbohydrates.

However, humans need both carbohydrates and fats for survival. So without you can stop for a few days, but sooner or later you will take damage because of malnutrition, you become weak and sick and die eventually.
This is practically as good as impossible. If it should not have carbohydrates or fat, then it must be pure protein. But even protein powder does not consist of 100% protein.
Vegetables and fruit. Fruit sugar doesn’t count as real sugar. I’m sure you mean normal sugar with sugar, right?
Salad, salad cucumbers, water, sand…
Salads and salad cucumbers, however, have carbohydrates, even very few. So they’re falling out.
However, afaik uses more energy for digestion than this green product.
If something does not have carbohydrates, it is not a “food”. Food is supposed to deliver energy. Then the maximum would be a trace element supplier + fiber. Well, like sand…
And yet these things contain carbohydrates and therefore cannot be eaten if you want to do without carbohydrates completely. What is totally weak mind because the body is dependent on carbohydrates.
