What can you do if you’re late?

Hey people,

I'm late for school every day. What can I do? I just can't seem to get there on time. I was late once, then again, and since then I've been late, and it doesn't matter if I get up or leave 10 minutes earlier, I'm still late. I've been late for a year now, and it used to be worse, though, when I sometimes didn't even arrive until 9 or 10.

At first the teachers always said, "No, there will be consequences, you're always late." They shouted at me and said things like that. They said they'll write it on my report card and all sorts of things. Now when I'm late they say nothing because I think they've given up hope that I'll ever be on time. I'm always about 2-10 minutes late, which isn't really that bad, but it's kind of embarrassing to be late every day because I only live a 7-minute walk from school and so on.

that is probably exactly the problem – it will You have been threatened with consequences, but there is nothing, and that “grains” in your brain, and gives you the impression that your too late is actually nix bad, in my eyes lies exactly the key, I know – these are old and sometimes also well-punched methods, but at my school time you have been home quite quickly because of too late to “after sitting” and that was really unpleasant when all of you had to stay here

So just as I have described it, it seems to be quite irrelevant to all others, so only you can free yourself from this vicious circle, – set alarm clock 30 minutes earlier – and not torment – self-discipline is here the magic word, and this self-discipline you will often need in your life – so start NOW with it, in your own interest, because if your too late you are already disturbing yourself, you have the first step.

Your question here implies that you don’t want to come too late.
Try not to get to school on time, but plan on you being there 15 minutes before the start of the hours. When the school starts at 8:00, see that you’re already here in 7:45. You can talk to your classmates a little bit or go through the fabric of the first hour or compare the homework.

Everybody else can do it, you don’t. If it is not enough to get up 10 minutes earlier, 20 minutes would be the next approach.

Your disinterest is terrifying and unsocial. You obviously don’t care about the fact that you’re making a quiet first school lesson impossible. Apparently, the school just drags you with it because they are so wise not to let you finish.

As well as the school is finished, until you’re alone with this discipline-desaster. An employer will throw you out after a week.

You can’t hope for your fellow pupils, because they know you as unreasonable and unreliable. Others can access networks if former students recommend one.

So you drill a hole in your knee. You’re the only one who can stop it. How could strangers from the internet help you if you don’t care about the problem?

Ah, you’re trying to pee. Then, in addition to the lack of discipline, you also have problems with affect control.

If you don’t care, you don’t need my answer.

Yeah, I know that, I’m sorry, I had a… There’s only a way to stop it. When you get up, say to yourself, “I can do this, today I’m not too late!” Try to be diligent and not to comfort and remember that you will be on time today. Wake up in time and wash your face with cold water to make you fresh. If you look up earlier than usual, you have to watch. Because when you get up early, you often think “I’ve got time for ever, I don’t have to hurry” hurry up like you’re late. I hope I could help you and good luck!

It could help if you set the clocks at home for 5 min.

And judge you when you go after these times.

That’s how you always have 5 minutes ahead.

With the mechanical wall clocks this went quite well, only with radio clocks it becomes difficult.

Just get up in time or set an alarm clock.

Why not? One to two hours delay
it’s normal.

If I read the text that way, you shouldn’t miss a minute of lessons.
