What can you do if the website name is copied and the url doesn't sound common?

What does this mean? Has this happened to you? My name was stolen from my website. For example, my business is called Auto Bäcker (with the correct location), and someone created two websites with my name, and when you click on the page, you have to download a video. Why my website? What should you do?

Garnix. Each domain is commercially available. If you are not able to secure all domains, then you have landed in the world of domain trading. Many people buy domains from which they think they sometimes become relevant and big. Then they will be sold expensively. Especially popular are page with typing errors such as “gogle.com”. Then a group like Google has to pay a lot of money to get the domain. Some use it to push fraud or their own things. As long as your copyright is not used otherwise, you can’t do it. There is also a great anecdote to Instagram.. But I’m sure this isn’t the kind of guy I’m posting. In this respect, for the example itself had to googlen.
