What can you do about inner unrest when listening to music?

Do you also experience the feeling of getting restless when listening to music that's normally loud or at a normal tempo instead of slow and quiet music? Do you have any tips on how to prevent this? I'm extremely sensitive to it. Even if I like the music itself, I quickly become restless and nervous if the music drifts away from slow or quiet.

Just look at what kind of music it is when it comes to rest. You don’t always behave everything at any time.

Even the favorite music can be unhealthy for a while. Then you can either hear something else or nothing else to relax the irritated brain.

I only have this with current charthits and other musical directions, which are largely composed of distortions and artificial artifacts.

With such noise, I’m getting aggro very quickly. This is a problem especially in the supermarket when such hits are thrown out of the ceiling speakers.

I don’t have a real solution to go shopping with ear protectors.

What you don’t like, doesn’t make it/you don’t use it, just simple.

(school time of course excluded)

Running headphones go in or take box and then you will get energy. That’s good.
