Almost everything you could cook with big potatoes. Pomme’s frites, for example, wouldn’t go. Otherwise, I don’t think of anything that wouldn’t go.

The small potatoes have the advantage that you usually do not have to peel them and also do not have to cut them. You can simply fry them with the pan.

Rumple potatoes (all fried in fat and in between the pan is repeatedly swung so that the potatoes roam around)

Cut into olive oil and rosemary for 30 min and leave in the oven (salt not forgotten)

cook and add to cheese fondue or oven cheese

Is it so hard to think the rest? We all don’t know what you’ve got from the potatoes at home… I would just roast a beef steak with something sour cream and a salad. Drillinge are just a classic supplement, you could of course make Canary Runzel potatoes out of it that is a dish (photo isn’t recipe already Spanish Speciality: Papas Arrugadas with Mojo Verde – The Potato (die-kartoffel.de)

Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.

The best way to cut the next day (with bowl) quarters, or large cubes.

Add butter and/or oil to the pan, salt, pepper, rosemary and fry golden yellow crispy.

For this, a nice steak or liver cheese with egg or bacon or meat sausage strip or sausage. Also baked fish or schnitzel fits.

There’s a lot to do.

  • Cook the potato twists in plenty of water for about 10 minutes, pour off and add them to a run-up form. The drillings should all have space next to each other…
  • Mix cream, crème fraîche and vegetable broth with each other, if necessary round with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes.
  • 3. Cut the pans into cubes and give them evenly over the potatoes.
  • 4. Cut the toast into small cubes and spread over the ham.
  • Cook for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven at 200°C.

The size is not a problem with sex or eating.

You can prepare small potatoes as well as large potatoes.

The cooking time is only reduced.

You can do everything from potato salad, potato or salt potatoes with fish or goulash.

Almost everything goes with drillings, I almost only buy them because there are them with 1 kilo or 1.5.

The nets are mostly mine.

Boil them in water, halve them and then roast them in olive oil or butter.

The same thing you cook with big potatoes. You’re just annoying to peel. Maybe you’re most fond of pellet.
