What can I expect at the interview at the AMS?

Hey :).

I have an interview at the employment agency on Wednesday. The position would be/is at the reception desk, which means registering and deregistering unemployed people, making phone calls, possibly handling mail/letters, placement, etc.
I myself have an apprenticeship in retail with a high school diploma and now want a career change & that's why I absolutely want this job :D.
I was told on the phone that five “bosses” from different departments would be waiting for me at the same time for the interview.
The boss is called the head of various departments of the AMS, the deputy boss of the AMS, etc.

That alone makes me very nervous, as I'm used to only having two "bosses" at the interview.

What might be the questions they will ask me?

What could I ask them if they ask me open questions?

What do I need to pay particular attention to there?

I'm grateful for all tips and tricks. ☺️

have a training in the retail trade with Matura

Here in Germany, I think this qualification would not be sufficient for the described activity.

What could be the questions they’ll ask me?

What could I ask them if they ask me for open questions?

One of the usual questions for job interviews is: “Why do you have yourself with us “?

You shouldn’t underestimate other people, and if you go into the interview with your attitude, you may have lost immediately.

At least in Germany, employees of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit are academy.
