What can I do to make my yellow teeth a little whiter?

Hello,

Do you have any tips on what I can do about yellow teeth? I don't drink coffee, tea, etc. anymore. I just want to make them a little whiter.

Brighter than they are with you by nature, you don’t get them!

Go to the dentist and make a professional dental cleaning – FAST all health insurance companies pay the minimum 1x a year!

Hello anonymous,

go to the dentist and make a professional dental cleaning. Then all the coverings are gone. Many health insurance companies take part in the costs or take over them completely.

And if you want to have it even brighter, your dentist will be happy to advise you about a professional laughing. This is not the case. But it is the only way to get the teeth brighter. Everything from the drugstore market does not appear even if they suggest it in the complaint.

Good luck!

the hard solution: hydrogen peroxide (only let by the expert)

the softe solution: allu foil around your teeth clamping/laying and pressing. so that a kind of tooth impression is thereby flanged. then fill this print with a little bit of edgy and baking powder (actually not much) slightly with a toothpick and press the alu-tooth print again on the teeth and wait 5 min.

that you make 2x the week until your desired result is achieved

Just as info…

How harmful is baking powder for the teeth?

Very harmful. The abrasive not only melts annoying discolorations from the teeth but also the protective tooth enamel. This important tooth layer does not form itself. Without sufficient tooth enamel, teeth are much more sensitive to pain (heat, cold). Even those who use baking powder only once a month for brushing teeth are already damaging the tooth enamel. Professional dental experts therefore strongly warn against bleaching with baking powder. At least as dangerous is a mixture of baking powder, water and lemon juice. This mix even more aggressively attacks the enamel because of the strong acidity of the lemons.
