What can I do after completing an ITA training course?

So I am currently doing an ITA training, i.e. training to become an information technology assistant

At the end I will receive the completed vocational training and the Fachabitur, so both

What options are open to me afterward? So, I'll probably study at a university of applied sciences and work as an IT assistant.

But what else can I do? Are there other options? I read online that I can also work as an IT system administrator, database administrator, network administrator, web developer, or IT consultant, for example, directly after this training, since I'll gain knowledge of these different areas.

Is that true, or do I have to do another apprenticeship or further my education afterward? It's a school-based education.

And what other options are open to me, such as further training or generally what I could do afterwards?

Correct, you can then study professionally but also work in IT. And here also in a wide range of professions.

I did the technical assistant for computer science at the time. Like ITA. I then went into development. At that time as a PHP developer, however, relatively fixed many other things made and besides the development also a little project management.

In this area you are actually NIE fully trained because the technology is changing. There is no phrase “lifelong learning”.
