What can I do?

When our cat gets food (she lives outside most of the time and gets her food in a hutch like the one where the rabbit hutch is) and our dog is in the garden and we accidentally leave it open because we have just given her food and we have just fetched something from the garden, our dog goes into the hutch and looks to see if there is any food from the cat there.

It also happens sometimes when we go for a walk with the dog that she wants to go in, but that rarely happens.

.

Do you have any ideas? What can we do about it? Scold him? Put him on a leash somewhere in the yard for a short time or something? Punish him?

I know we can close the door, but when we get water for the rabbits we usually leave it open for a short time and then she takes the chance and goes there sometimes there is no food inside

Cat food increases where the dog doesn’t get up. There will be no smashing or punishment, which is food envy

other way to feed all animals dog cat the same time so you don’t overlook making out of mistaken door and dog comes with you because your food has priority
