Wet shaving is generally more thorough than electric shaving. I shaved for almost 30 years electrically and occasionally too wet (dosen foam and BIC disposable blades) and the shaving with the apparatus was never satisfactory, but sufficient for everyday work. The greatest advantage is the speed, simplicity and impossibility of cutting.

The BIC disposable things are the last and can foam is just as loose.

The shaving with the plank is quite challenging. You have to know his face halfway and know how to shave where. It takes time to learn, and then it depends on how the hair and the face are created: I have many pimples and unevennesses and then also wired, bristled hair – the learning phase lasts much longer.

It is not the Hobel. There is a lot of planing heads that can be combined with a huge amount of planing handles, as well as a huge amount of blades. You have to find out what’s right. What’s right for someone else may not work for me at all.

The planing can be very different. Superaggressive planks like iKon Tech, or the Yaqi top aggressive slant, need only a few passages and shave ultra smooth, but the skin is very tense to me then, there is a risk of adult hair and shaving burn and once a mue too tightened and already running blood. With more mild planks it is different, but there you can cut yourself because you can feel the blade too little, or you are urging the skin because you have to get over the same place too often. Here you have to find out what suits you.

You need shaving soap or shaving cream. No with “commercial soap” it certainly doesn’t work, there are also YT videos that make it quite clear. You need a razor brush for both.

Hobel shaving is thriving and beautiful, needs vlt. a few minutes more time than with a system (and definitely more than with an apparatus).

An advantage of the razor is that less pressure must be applied during shaving, since it has only one blade. This makes the shaving more gentle to the skin. In addition, a shaving plank achieves a clean result as a system shaver.

With enough exercise a razor can be used for the entire body. There are special shaving soaps for shaving planks, but it also works with commercial soap.

It is important that you thoroughly clean the shaving plank after a shave and especially let the shaving blade holder dry well.

This is a razor with a system of multiple blades. This can thus be an electric razor or a wet razor with several blades.

I’ve been shaking with razor for three decades.
Per facial shave 2x. Only then against the line. Duration, with shaving foam, about 3-5 minutes.
Since I only shave 2x a week and hold a blade for 3×2 shave I come very long with a pack of 10 blades.
The self-slapping of the foam is also a pure practice thing and also works directly on the face.
Yes, you can cut, but you don’t need a plank that also works with a 2-3-4-5 blade razor. In comparison, the plank is now rigid and not so flexible.
Only for the head shaving he is not suitable at all, so I take a 2 blade razor.

So I shave my face with one and I get the best shaves.

I also have one for the intimate area and it is nice.

You have to be aware of this. But if you get used to it, it just goes

The blades are cheap. Use a new one every time. Find out how to use the same blade more than 3 times in system shaver

There was nothing else before. Basically, this is a good thing and it fulfills its purpose. But if I think about how many times you’ve been cut with it, I prefer today, for wet shave, the usual shaving heads with several blades. They are more functional, more thorough and gentle for the skin. I don’t want to introduce myself. I wouldn’t use a razor today, nor any disposable shaver.

And whether wet or dry now, with an electric. Shavers, is a fundamental question that everyone has to answer for themselves.

Had to take one because nothing else was there… never had so many bleeding places… so don’t take any case if you have a disposable shaver…
