What are these spots on my tonsils?

Hello, I've had a terrible sore throat since yesterday, and since this morning I've had these white spots on my tonsils. My tonsils have also gotten quite swollen. I wanted to ask what this is and if anyone can help me. That's really sweet, I'm starting to get worried.

I don't know myself, but it's almond stones, if it's only superficial then don't go to the doctor.
