What are the sizes of Simplicity sewing patterns?

I bought this pattern from Simplicity (see photo). According to the size chart, a size 36 should fit me, but I usually wear a size 34, sometimes even a size 32. Now I'm not sure which size to use. Does anyone have experience with how this brand's patterns fit?

After the size table, I would have to have size 42 and in part 36.
In principle, you should always go according to the greatest degree of body location in the table of the respective cuts otherwise it will actually be too narrow.
If something is too far you can sew it tighter, further sew it becomes problematic.
