Well, what do you mean? If that were problematic, you would not have been sent to yourself the finding, but handed it over to you personally or handed it to the treating colleague that you can discuss the result with you. I’d think it’s rather unlikely that something was left out of the reason you asked for. Unfortunately, not every examination report is sufficiently detailed in writing and prepared as it would be desirable.
It’s about my brother, he’s 25 years young, doing an education and is very shy and pulled back.
it started a year ago that he had bladder problems and he went from the doctor to the doctor without success so he has informed himself and has come to some nerve diseases that end deadly, he was 1 week in the KH at the neurology that have made MRTs, took back water etc everything allegedly without finding but my brother does not believe them so he went to another and he looked at it briefly and he also says he can find nothing.
are 2 days he has extreme pain with the nerves he cries and can no longer stand up he says it hurts him everywhere and does not stop, he has extreme twitching with the head and also throughout the body.
we don’t know what to do, we go from doctor to doctor, my brother is the firm convinced that it’s a deadly disease and the doctors don’t want to do anything anymore because they’re convinced that it’s nothing.
So for me, this finding doesn’t read as if there’s something serious hiding behind it. I don’t think that a nurse is just gonna wipe out anything from the evidence before she gives it to you to avoid confronting you with a possible diagnosis.
I rather think that this finding is a loveless document in the hospital-internal documentation, which was not intended to go out to the patient or to the family doctor or something.
What I would recommend to you that you clarify again or explain to your attending physician whether the examination should be repeated again because of the described whole artefact, or whether the assertiveness was sufficient.
Yes I was not personally given the findings, only after several questions I got it from a nurse.
