What are good habits that you have and do every day?
For example, I drink a glass of water with lemon every morning and stretch every morning.
Do you also have habits that you do every morning or every evening or even during the day that are good for you?
I drink just over 2 liters a day.
I divide myself between one liter in the morning and one liter in the afternoon, and I have to finish the first liter before 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
And the second liter from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Important: what I drink during my meals is not counted and I usually drink a lot while eating

Too often I only notice at 4 or 5 pm that I haven't had a sip or only a little and that's really bad T°T especially I don't even get a headache or anything, I just forget about it
You absolutely have to get this under control, otherwise your skin can look older if it hasn't been hydrated for a long time.
