What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I've been trying to order a washing machine from Amazon for two weeks. First I tried using my bank account, which worked, but after one day it was canceled. Then I bought an Amazon voucher worth €350. There was a problem, so I wanted my money back. I thought I'd buy another one, but it still didn't work with my other account. I've spoken to Amazon many times, and they always say I have to provide proof of identity and address. I've sent it four times now, but every time I get this: ^ We are unable to verify your identity using the information you have provided. ^

I send my ID card from the front and back and a letter with my address and name on it

Now I don't know what to do, do you have any ideas?

You are violating their policies (which you have accepted) and they now know! And why do you want to order a washing machine (washing machine!!!) as a minor?

Amazon is simply gripping only from 18 and I find the wish to help but it is still against the AGB. These are facts and they have nothing to do with “if you speak so”.
