What about my rubber tree?
Hello, my rubber tree is losing leaves. Why could this be? The leaves are turning yellow and have spots. What can I do?

On the basis of the pictures I see a much too small pot. And there seems to be no drain. Nutritional deficiency and possibly too wet roots.
Yes it is in a smaller pot with holes but in a pot.. I also fertilized
The roots are a bit wet that's true even though I don't pour so often..
Larger pot, better a bottom plate instead of a pot. Ficus elastica has thick meaty leaves, so can store water and requires quite little water. The substrate should always dry between casting.
