So what does that mean? Can it still come today, folks? Or what should I expect? Does anyone have experience with this and when and how long it took until it came? Thanks.

It clearly states "the next business day." There's really nothing to misunderstand.
In any case, it's coming. It's just impossible to say when. Perhaps tomorrow.
