In addition to the classics such as household, cooking, chilling on the sofa, I would still think of the following (what I do so)
– Window Colour
– Coloring books (optional for adults)
– Riding/visiting a farm/riding farm
– Support non-profit projects/ animal welfare/ grace farms or the like
– Write a book/a story/a poem
-Discovery tour. Look at Maps if you find something that interests you. A LostPlace, a lake, with a dog a chant field… and go!

What you're looking for right now doesn't have to be the same every day. No matter as long as it doesn't get away from doing work. You have to shut off (can) completely, then you'll get the best.

What do I do when I'm ready to work?

Throw one of the favorite playlists on Spotify, and then first call coffee!

Then I relax with my hobby or throw "my" PC game and bet by middle ground (games LOTRO).

2x a week I go to the gym for cardio training and rehab exercises.

Important: I've learned to turn off mentally. I consistently don't think about work after evening!

Household…runs by. I do my bed on a regular basis after showering and worn clothes land directly in the collector in the bathroom. If the full, a machine is started "in passing" or, likewise in passing, the finished laundry is brought to the balcony and suspended or removed.

Kitchen…I always clean everything right into the dishwasher. It is started in the evening when I go to bed and cleared out in the morning while my coffee goes through (use a French press). Trash is full of a bag, it is tied to the apartment door. At the next downhill (on the way every morning) I take it and it comes into the matching tone.

On Saturday, a robot runs through the apartment. Laundry is put together when it just fits… parallel to the movie gig in the advertising break, eg

As I live alone, the household is almost going along.

So, outside is wonderful weather, my coffee is ready, freshly baked rolls I also…I have breakfasts then on balconies.

A nice bath does well, doesn't have to be the full bath, so a foot bath helps. Otherwise it comes to what you do 😅 in the office I had more to do mentally, but my body was light wax so the 15-20 min on the cardio trainer / these bikes for the living room are also great or just go swimming an hour. As a care, however, the footbath makes me more promises and a nice listening play to fall asleep 😅 there is usually the body ko. but in the head the whole day ratts past 😂 that is sometimes difficult to distract is also good, just call friends and talk out is also incredibly good.

So listen to sports or music in the afternoon and have fun with your partner when you have one.

I personally always do sports when I have a lot of stress
