Westfalia trailer weight difference? Regarding axle control arms/wishbones?

There are Westfalia trailers, for example, with 600 kg or 700 kg and so on. My question is, most wishbones/control arms look pretty much the same. Does the weight play a role? Because I have to buy a control arm and I'm worried that the weight could make a difference? Or is there a special control arm for every weight? I've attached a photo so everyone knows what I mean.
