Whose name will now appear on the hotel bill?

I booked a hotel room through Booking, but I'm traveling for business. The accounting department at the company where I work subsequently informed the hotel that the company should be paying the bill, not me, even though I booked through Booking. The invoice was now made out to the company address, but with my name, not that of the manager or the accounting department, because I was a guest in the room. Is this correct?

Yeah, that’s exactly how it must be.

Invoicing is on the company, you must be shown as a guest.

This should always be checked during business trips, otherwise there can be problems with the break. If the invoice has been issued incorrectly, insist on correct change!

Some companies also have specific requirements, which can then be shown as a template at the hotel.

That sounds correct.

Sure. The wife of the accounting or the company didn’t live there, and you probably had to show your ID?

The invoice goes to the “invoicing address”.
