Weshalb wird über das Gehalt einer Stelle nicht kommuniziert?
Hallo,
aufgrund dem enormen Fachkräftemangel macht bei uns die Stadtverwaltung immer Werbung in Form von Videos für Stellenanzeigen auf Facebook. Dort wird unter anderem mit zahlreichen Benefits geworben, wie Jobticket, kostenloses Wasser im Betrieb, kostenlose Parklätze und ein Obstkorb.
Wenn man aber fragt, was die Vergütung ist, wird darüber nicht offen kommuniziert. Als ich dann von Bewerbern erfahren habe, dass das Stellen sind, die mit Entgeltgruppe 5 TVÖD vergütet werden, wundere ich mich nicht, dass dort keiner hin will.
Es gibt zig Leute aktuell, die arbeiten wollen und motiviert sind, alle meine Freunde, alles junge Leute mit guter Ausbildung, doch keiner will so recht zur Arbeit täglich für das Geld. Was meint Ihr? – Wieso redet man seit Jahren über den Fachkräftemangel…
Die Fachkräfte sind alle hier, doch Sie wollen einfach nicht..

I don’t know what jobs are about 5 TVÖD (have not found anything on the quick) but 6 TVÖD would be for example specialist. Therefore, the claim for 5TVÖD must be lower than that of a specialist (so no evaluation for specialist). For a specialist 37,000€ annual salary, I find it all right.
And I think that’s the problem. Somehow, everyone has to pay the expectation far beyond their qualification.
Who is too fine to do without suitable qualification for approx. 16€/h to work should once question its requirements.
