Will more mothers (or fathers) in the future have to pay a fine for their minor children if they have committed a crime?

https://www.t-online.de/region/duesseldorf/id_100230568/duesseldorf-kind-misshandelt-katze-mutter-muss-traffic-pay.html

According to German law, all children under the age of 14 are not yet criminally responsible. They do not yet have to take responsibility for their crimes—at least not in court.

Hopefully!

If you look at the fact that in any case there is a discussion, the penality of children on the 12th. To reduce the year of life, in this case, the mother’s condemnation of this fine has been given with suspicion and right, for if a first twelve-year-old has already been threatened so that she has done such violence to the defenseless animal, even if it has bitten, it does not come about; but lies either on the lack of education or on the mental disability of the 12. In both cases, the mother of the girl should not have left it alone with the kitten. The poor animal must have been afraid of death.

I find the condemnation of €2000 still much too mild, perhaps not intrusive enough to remind parents – in this case the mother of the animal torturer – that they are responsible for their children; not only for their actions, but also for giving their chases an education which teaches this respect and respect for all beings.

There was a direct connection here, as it was the cat of the family, and the adult people must pay attention to the fact that cat and child do not hurt each other. This has not been observed here, and only because of this is the punishment.

So the mother does not have to pay for the deed of the daughter, but because she himself has violated a law as a holder of the cat by allowing the deed of the daughter!

The 53-year-old mother was sentenced to fine by the District Court, since she, as a holder of the cat, violated the animal welfare law.

So she admitted the cat’s abuse by the daughter.

But you can’t close all the crimes of children from this case.

Only last night was a girl murdered by two other girls. There will be no criminal proceedings – not for the parents of the perpetrators.

Yeah, I read that. It’s not relevant. This does not justify the violation of the animal welfare law!

They have to lock the cat in a room during the night so that the daughter has no chance to see the cat when the parents are not there.

This is an exception to which one cannot say much without knowing the exact backgrounds.

With a 12-year-old, it is definitely not normal that she tortures animals, but that is really sick. A normal 12-year-old would never expect that, and that’s why a normal 12-year-old wouldn’t have a mother’s death.

But if a child is extremely violent, and the mother knew it, of course, it looks different.

There are no backgrounds justifying the animal torture of the 12-year-olds.

This is not about justification, but about the investigation of the Debt and the reasons and circumstances of the act which are important for an assessment, in particular of measures.

What is this unqualified mood thing?

You should read more about what you link:

The 53-year-old mother was sentenced to fine by the District Court, since she has violated the animal welfare law as a holder of the cat.

So they the cat’s abuse by the daughter.

The mother does not pay for the crime of her daughter, but for they themselves violated the law.

I’ve read it and it doesn’t change the fact that you’re just talking about mood.

I’m sorry, but I’m gonna be silly, I’m out of here.

Jesus…

You still don’t understand that not the mother was punished for the action of her daughter, but for their own.

Head shaker…

Has already been in conversation since other girls of this age this year have lured and killed an equal schoolmate.

Violence against any being exercised by minors should have consequences for both perpetrators and their parents.

Parents do not have to pay punishment for their children. This is their own punishment.

If the mother has received a penalty here, it was because she neglected her supervisory duty. She was punished with this.

Let’s hope so.
