Werde immer dicker?

Ich bin 15 Jahre alt, 180 groß und inzwischen 106 Kilo schwer. Ich esse eigentlich andauernd und Zuhause kann ich mir kochen was ich will. Gibt auch nur ungesundes meistens. Mittags hab ich mir nen Kilo Nuggets gemacht und einen Berg Pommes und hatte noch nicht genug. Habe danach immer noch Hunger. Und esse natürlich deswegen auch andauernd und werde immer dicker. Macht mir persönlich aber nichts. Ist das schlimm wenn ich noch 15 Kilo zunehme ca?

3 years ago had 162.5 kg (my highest weight). I’m 47 and 1.73 m tall. Now it’s 118 kg. Don’t do that with the weight loss, it’s already heavy. Place around – healthier diet, less. Are you doing sports?

You’re just developing a addiction. Let a nutritionist advise you to get a sense of normal food.

You seem to eat too unhealthy and in too large amounts.

You can keep eating easy, your weight is not much. Is much more relaxed and cozy with belly 😉

If you only bite such a junk, the body gets cravings because something important is missing, which is obviously not fed.

Yeah, it’s bad. Eat less, feed healthier and make sports. If you can’t do this and you’re addicted to food, go to the doctor. Maybe you’re suffering from eating disorders and have Binge-Eating or something.

Make sure you good quality Eat, take your time and eat food. Good food satisfies and satisfies much faster. What you count on food is more like garbage.
