You’re 15.61m tall and weighs only 41 kg? You have a strong underweight and have to increase urgently! At your age, the body needs a lot of nutrients to develop healthy. So you should eat at least 2000 kcal a day. To get to the lower limit of the normal weight, you need to increase at least 5 kg.

After reading out your remaining questions, I am convinced that you have an eating disorder… but not as you take, binge eating, but it’s going to be more in the direction of magnificence.

You should be aware that it is completely normal that the body changes during puberty. But you want to continue to be as thin as you were with 12 years (according to your first question). This is not a healthy thinking. You can’t boil a child physically while you mature to a woman.

Stop the increase?

I recently looked at my old photos, I was almost 12, I was much thinner, how could I inhibit my increase without medication? Sport really didn’t get me anything, the only method is to lose weight, but I don’t want to. Couldn’t I keep my weight? I don’t eat too much, but not too little. (Female, 15 y/o)
