Who knows how it works?

Hi, custody revoked. A report on visitation arrangements is pending. The parenting report on upbringing and child endangerment, this report was prepared in 2022, and in 2023, all children were taken into custody based on the report, even though the youth welfare office only requested the removal of two children. My question: Even though a report on visitation is still pending, can a psychologist who criticizes reports and reviews reports, which we ourselves pay for, if they see that the report was incorrect or incorrectly written, then file a petition with the court for a new hearing based on new findings or something similar? Even if a report on visitation is pending, I was told someone can also prepare a counter-report as soon as they see errors when reviewing the report from the court expert. Is that true?
