Who replaces a DHL driver when he is on vacation?
Hello…
The question is actually already above…
If a DHL driver from one area is on vacation, he obviously needs someone to cover for him. Are these drivers just filling in, or do drivers from neighboring areas have to do this work as well? It's currently vacation time, and other drivers keep coming into our area. I find one particularly nice, and he flirts with me uncontrollably, but since he doesn't come regularly, I never know when or if I'll see him again. Unfortunately, I haven't asked him where he usually delivers, or if he's just a "filler." Are there any DHL employees here who know the area?
Both.
Although I work with a private postal service provider, as our ski jumpers are chronically overloaded, areas without a provider (because this is not in service) are already transferred to the neighboring providers with reihum.
I just…a district is not occupied for 2 weeks…I’m changing with 2 colleagues, I’m driving the area in addition to mine on 2 days a week as well as the two colleagues. We have the neighbouring areas, so it is still reasonable from the routes.
Thank you for your answer. Do you happen to know if a jumper at the beginning of the week already knows where it is used the week or is it a “surprise” almost daily?
Pronounced driver I find so nice told me on Thursday that he was also in our area Friday and Saturday, but yesterday he didn’t come. I had a delivery yesterday and actually I thought he’d bring it to me because he also said we’d see each other tomorrow…
THAT can change daily… if it’s foreseeable, you get the message on the day before.
