Who likes the fictional character Dan Humphrey from Gossip Girl?

This typical American snowflake manic pixie dream attitude is really getting on my nerves. The worst thing is how he doesn't even think it's necessary to reflect on himself. He's so immature. He gets angry for the wrong reasons and has never really apologized to Serena. Instead, she's constantly apologizing and justifying things that are none of his business. He's always judging everyone but is very arrogant and stuck-up himself. Can someone tell me if anyone actually likes him and why? I always skip to the end of a scene with him because he's so annoying.
