I generally sleep very little. But that doesn’t have much to do with the temperature of the environment.

Don’t be fooled. It’s just the day and the month.

Here we go, fortunately.

The days before, I almost dissolved in the heat.

It is good that the nights are cool, I enjoy them before it gets really hot again.

Oh, yes, here are 28.6 degrees in the bedroom, although darkened during the day and at night’s window completely open. That’s it. I bought a fan to put on the floor and let it run next to the bed. Help.

I generally have problems with the (just-time) sleeping.

Why, because my horrible look keeps me awake?

All right, thank you.

Although I have “only” 28 degrees in the household and still cannot sleep.

Some have hit it even harder and I hope it will be cooler for you soon.

I live in an attic apartment and with me are approx. 30 degrees and without a fan on rotation before the bed is nothing.

I’m covering up with a stretch bed sheet.

Power consumption 50 watts an hour per fan.

My last fan cost 23€ with delivery.

Under 40 cm, a rotator is meaningless no matter what company.

I’ll sleep normally, 10 seconds later, I’ll throw the blanket away. Strange I have a lot of mosquito bites. In my room there are 36°C, just like outside. Lies just get mosquitoes in.

Since we have holidays, unfortunately, I can’t do anything other than let my graphics card heat the house.

I have sleep problems, it’s not the heat that I can’t sleep.
