Who gets the inflation bonus in the Bundeswehr?

Good day

There is supposed to be an inflation bonus, but now I'm wondering: will this only be given to temporary soldiers and professional soldiers or will it also be given to Fwdl soldiers after a certain period of commitment?

No one’s gonna get her.

What civil servants receive or not is determined by law (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz, or one of their assets), not by collective agreement or similar.

So as long as no newer version of this law has been passed, officials get nothing at all and you can only assume what the legislator plans for regulations.

The draft law (click) provides that all “receivers of remuneration and benefits under the Wehrsold Act” will receive a premium, as in the collective agreement of employees.

But the law has not yet been passed legally. At the moment, officials/ soldiers get nothing.

Collective workers receive the inflation compensation.

There is a lack of a basis for the transfer to civil servants and civil servants.

Everyone gets the premium, of course.

When was the basis for the transfer published? It is safe to pay only to employees.
