Who knows this Navy comedy?
As a child in the 90s, I watched a naval comedy on a private channel. The film could have been made before the 90s, though. Unfortunately, I only remember one scene very well. A sailor was forced to clean the deck of a submarine as punishment. The submarine set out to sea, and the sailor continued cleaning the boat. Suddenly, the boat submerged, and the sailor was still on the boat. So that the crew could see that he was still out there, he looked through the submarine's extended telescope. When the captain looked through the telescope, he saw the eyes of the forgotten sailor and realized that they had forgotten him. I hope someone knows this film and can tell me its name.

Greetings:)
Thank you very much. I need to look at him.
Other:
“Company Petticoat” maybe? He’s a little older.
A little older is good. It’s from 1959. Old but well done.
No, he’s not, I’ve seen it a lot. The sailors were trained in a kind of academy.
I think about “Mission: Pipe Free!”
You will also find the list.
