The debtor may claim that the person who carried it economically.

Thus, if A has the income from VuV, they are deductible as advertising costs.

If A receives the credit, but B wants to assert the debt interest (since B has the income), B would have to be credible that he also carried it.

A doesn’t get a real estate loan unless he’s in the land register. If B is a owner, it’s not a rental. If A pays the rates, it is a donation from A to B

but the owner, must agree to the basic booking entry. And a normal bank doesn’t do that
